Climate change is one of the most complex challenges of our time—but it’s also one of the most powerful opportunities for collaboration. The Community Foundation Climate Collaborative (CFCC) was created to bring foundations, nonprofits, and community leaders together around shared climate goals that are grounded in local action and collective impact.
At its core, CFCC is about connection. We serve as a trusted space where organizations can learn from one another, share resources, and coordinate efforts that strengthen climate resilience in our communities. Rather than working in silos, members of the Collaborative benefit from shared knowledge, aligned strategies, and collective problem-solving.
Through collective learning sessions, action networks, and in-person convenings, CFCC helps members move from ideas to action. Whether it’s addressing climate equity, supporting sustainability initiatives, or strengthening disaster preparedness, our work centers on solutions that are community-led and deeply informed by local needs.
Together, we believe that climate action is stronger, more equitable, and more sustainable when it’s built collaboratively.
